Password Security & Tips

A strong password is your first line of defence for your account. Create a secure password right from the moment you register.

What makes a strong password:

• At least 8 characters: Longer passwords are more secure. 12-15 characters is even better.
• Uppercase & lowercase letters: Use both uppercase A-Z and lowercase a-z.
• Numbers & special characters: Use numbers 0-9 and special characters such as !@#$%^.
• Do not use your name or date of birth.

Password security tips:

• Never share your password with anyone, including bdbej staff.
• Writing your password in a notebook or on your phone is not secure. Try to commit it to memory.
• Do not log in on a public device or someone else's computer.
• Change your password regularly — at least once every 3 months.
• If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately.

The verification process at bdbej is fully transparent and user-friendly. We ensure that only legitimate users can access the platform.
